Hardwire connections are always the most reliable. Any Internet Service Providers or ISPs able to deliver hardline connections to your home or business  are providing a preferable connection.  This type of reliable connection is unavailable in even fairly developed rural areas. (aside from the slowest DSL occasionally) 

Local wireless and satellite providers can be extremely costly, yet still quite slow. 

TyFi is using unconventional methods in rural neighborhoods to deliver a future proofed fiber optic connections. Eventually our network will be able to provide speeds up to 1 gig. (1000mbps)
